Introduction

Wherever we go and whatever we are doing, we are always being told to lead more 'healthy lives'. 

Addiction

Being healthy is a big part of feeling well, confident  and happy. If you don’t get the right balance by eating the right foods, taking exercise and managing your stress then you are more likely to become ill and have problems coping with day-to-day life.

It’s difficult to get the balance right and not go overboard.  Magazines, television commercials and tabloid newspapers seem to be obsessed with body image, dieting and celebrity weight gain/loss.  It’s easy to see how difficult it can be to cross the line from sensible eating, to starting to develop an eating disorder.
